We know Halloween means lots of sweet treats for the kids! 🎃 As parents, it's natural to worry about all that candy and your child's teeth.

Here's the good news: you can still let them enjoy their Halloween haul while protecting their smile. The key is moderation and timing. Let kids enjoy their candy in one sitting rather than grazing throughout the day. This limits the time sugar spends on their teeth.

After the candy fun, encourage water to rinse away sugar, and stick to regular brushing routines. Remember, it's about balance, not elimination.

Try to avoid hard or sticky candy as these can cause a lot of damage to teeth.

Eat your candy in moderation and remember to eat healthy foods as well.
