🚨 A recent report suggests that the recommended daily allowance for vitamin D3 has been much lower due to a mathematical error 🙄

‼️The World Health Organization has recommended around 200 IU of daily Vitamin D for 20 years‼️

But a “schoolboy error” from the Institutes of Medicine reveals they should have been getting 8,895 IU‼️

That’s 44 x MORE than the WHO recommends‼️

‼️In this video Dr. John Campbell explains the very simple facts and corrects the miscalculations

“It means in the United States, the recommended amount of vitamin D is 15 times too low [and] in the United Kingdom it’s 22 times lower than it should be”‼️

Dr. Atousa Mahdavi has a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic medicine and as a Qualified Medical Examiner and a Board Certification in Integrative Medicine. She is a certified Ayurvedic health practitioner and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist as well as a certified Hatha yoga Master teacher. She established her private practice in Beverly Hills California in 1995 and has been the CEO and the founder of Beverly Hills Chiro Med since 1996. She is a health and wellness expert, speaker and author with 25 years of hands on experience in a clinical setting, utilizing alternative and functional medicine, structural alignment, manipulative and body based practices including mind body therapies such as Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation, Ayurvedic Medicine and nutrition. She is currently serving as an advisory board member on the Board of the American Association of Integrative Medicine. With a holistic approach and a profound understanding and knowledge of the human system and the mechanics of wellness and health, she has helped many of her patients and clients gain optimal health and well-being.
