It’s a personal preference for a different level of intensity that people would like - low intensity is more natural, medium, and high intensity is for higher impact in appearance. The color choice is also a personal preference. The procedure has a 16 year track record of overall high safety - if it wasn’t safe, then I wouldn’t perform it. It is a personal preference for the level of intensity as well as the color. We can adjust both. The ColorEyes procedure only takes about 15 to 20 minutes per eye (if it wasn’t safe, then I wouldn’t perform it). Redness he happened to have afterwards was gone by the next day. He wanted his eyes to “pop” and chose high intensity. We can adjust intensity per patient preference, ranging from low (more natural), medium, or high (high impact). This is not an iris implant. It’s the ColorEyes procedure where specialized ink js placed just under the surface of the cornea which is the reason it’s overall safe (if it wasnt safe, then I wouldn’t perfom it).
