Use the beautiful Yoga Rooms, Sound Systems, and ample Yoga Props and Folding Chairs available for your students and clients!

For the health & safety of our community to practice social distancing, Namastday is closed. We plan to re-open Monday, April 13th.

Here's what you need to know:

All classes are cancelled, but this doesn’t mean you can not continue your practice from home.

Michele, the owner, will help you keep up with your regular asana practice and offer restorative yoga poses to boost your immune system and calm your nerves during these unfamiliar times.

All students' accounts will be frozen for the time we are closed. Monthly Unlimited Memberships will be suspended. Expiration dates of current Intro Offers & Class Packages will be extended.

We will postpone all workshops and specialty class series currently scheduled during the closure. Students enrolled in these workshops and class series will not lose their purchases; the events will be rescheduled.

The studio space is available for rent during the closure. Please email info@namastday.com if you are interested.

We apologize for any inconvenience. This was not a decision made lightly. Hopefully this pandemic is short-lived and we can all get back to normal life as soon as possible. •

For now, please be responsible, stay safe, stay informed, wash your hands often, don't touch your face, and practice safe social distancing. We'll be in touch to keep you updated if anything changes

Ardha chandrasana , half moon pose with support . Utthita trikonasana, few lateral extension. 🙏🏻U can do this in a few minutes in your kitchen. Fun and beneficial. It released tention or any stress.

Strengthens the abdomen, ankles, thighs, buttocks, and spine.
Stretches the groins, hamstrings and calves, shoulders, chest, and spine.
Improves coordination and sense of balance.

“Is this what’s happening to us - during a Sound Bath Meditation?... Our cells are vibrating?” YES! We vibrate at a higher frequency during Sound Healing just as water in singing bowls vibrates during a Sound Bath meditation. AMAZING!



Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. The brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%. (USGS.gov)

TONIGHT!! Restorative Yoga with , 6:00pm-7:30pm! Has Daylight Savings thrown off your body rhythm? Restorative Yoga will help your body re-align to the one hour of lost sleep!

In this gentle and slower-paced class, yoga poses are held 3-5 minutes and sometimes longer. The support of yoga props allows students to enhance and deepen their experience leading to a state of deep relaxation. Restorative poses include seated forward extensions, light twists, gentle backbends, supported inversions and pranayama (breathwork). Restorative yoga helps to relieve stress, tension and anxiety, and is beneficial to the immune system. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

Your WEEK Starts Here! Activate your on MONDAY MORNINGS and set the tone for the week ahead! Join for our Core Fusion Vinyasa Flow Class (9:15am - 10:15am)!


Core Fusion offers an ideal blend of deep core strengthening exercises within a dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class. Focus will be on the abdomen, pelvic floor, hips, and back muscles to improve your posture, balance, coordination, and mindfulness on the core. Integrating a variety of techniques and props to build stability and tone your body, this challenging practice includes a deep stretch cool down and Savasana!


Join in to explore new ways to move, breathe and feel great. This class is recommended for students with at least 6 months of yoga experience.
