This is a specialized augmentation procedure where patients recover quickly and return to normal activities in 24 to 48 hours! This patient underwent the procedure with the implants placed subfacially which allows the implants to not have the movement associated with putting them underneath or half underneathe the muscle. But the strength of the lining of the muscle is there to support the implants. The patient wanted fullness, better cleav@ge but wanted to look natural. Choosing an implant (Motiva Silk Round Demi Profile 380cc) that is appropriately sized for her chest but giving her the fullness she wanted allowed for this shape, improved cleav@ge, and for her goals to be achieved. She’s loving the results which are exactly what she was going for!
