This is one of my favorite and easiest habits that i do every night to release the extra weight in my ankles 🫶

Everything that travels down during the day just sits in your ankles and thats why there’s this amount of fluid stuck everyday. Putting your legs up for 10 minutes every day will send it all back up!

Other benefits:

- reduces swelling in feet and ankles
- improves circulation while you sleep
- relieves pressure on your lower back
- calms your nervous system before bed

This is my full reset day. The habits I come back to whenever my body needs a little extra love 🫶

🫙 Castor oil pad on my belly: supports digestion and helps my stomach feel calmer and less inflamed.

✨ Eye patches + face mask: gives my skin a reset while I do everything else.

🫧 Oil pulling + tongue scraping: two habits I NEVER skip. They help clear toxins and support digestion first thing in the morning.

🔴 Red light + vibration plate: boosts circulation and gives me energy.

💧 Hydrogen water bottle: hydration makes a huge difference for inflammation.

🤍 Tummy lymphatic massage: helps with bloating and digestion.

🦵 Self massage on my legs: releases fluid, improves circulation and makes my legs feel lighter.

🌿 Grounding: one of the most underrated habits. Bare feet on the ground resets my nervous system and reduces inflammation.

🚿 Shower: helps my body fully switch into reset mode.

🪄 Radiofrequency wand: lifts and boosts collagen while supporting lymphatic drainage.

🔴 Red light mask: anti-inflammatory and perfect for winding down at night.

🦵 Legs up the wall: one of my favorite rituals to drain fluid and relieve heavy legs.

🕯️ Paraben-free candle: what you breathe at home matters just as much as what you put on your skin!

💡 Red light for bedtime: lower light signals my body to produce melatonin and rest.

I sit down and put on paper everything I want and envision for my next season. My vision board isn’t about forcing anything, it’s just a way to stay connected to where I’m going.
