What an awesome week in Portland it was for the annual ACBSP Sports Symposium! I was honored to be surrounded by some of the top docs in the sports field. In order to become the best you must surround yourself with the best. It’s the only way to challenge yourself, learn and grow! Looking forward to next year’s symposium in Greenville, SC.

Time flies when you’re having fun!
Thank you so much to all of the incredible patients at this practice! I love taking care of each and every one of you. Whether you are a mama-to-be, new parent, child, athlete, a suffer of migraines or sciatic pain or just someone looking for a little extra boost in their health care journey, it is my pleasure to be your chiropractor. Calling all the Modern Women out there! I’m very excited to be sitting on this panel of experts in Women’s Health tomorrow! We will be discussing hormones, cycle syncing, fitness, nutrition, work stress balance and other alternative health therapies!
