Finally made it to Fluid this week and loved it— great coffee, space and people. Cool to have them rep our Indiana Dunes Nat’l Park, Sandy Pause Yoga’s summer home, in the NatGeo cookbook! I’ll be back soon to congratulate them and to try a Diana of the Dunes latte too.
🫶✨️🌊We are incredibly honored to share something special with you ☕️✨
FLUID Coffee Roasters has been featured in the new National Geographic National Parks Cookbook: Dishes Inspired by America’s Great Outdoors. We are representing the Indiana Dunes !! 🌊
😮Our Diana of the Dunes Latte was selected as one of 100 recipes inspired by National Parks across the country!
This drink was created to honor Diana of the Dunes. She's a woman who stepped away from convention and chose to live freely along the Lake Michigan shoreline. Her story is woven into the history, mystery, and strength of this place we call home.
The latte is crafted with espresso, milk, and our house-made lavender lemon simple. It's inspired by the wildflowers and biodiversity of the dunes themselves. Whenever possible, we source local lavender right here in Northwest Indiana. 🌿
To be included in a National Geographic publication feels deeply humbling. We did not seek this opportunity. Their team found the recipe while researching Indiana Dunes stories and reached out to us. In the end, they chose this drink to represent our region.
We feel proud.
We feel grateful.
We feel connected to something larger than ourselves. 🌎
This book celebrates the beauty of our National Parks! We are honored to be a small part of telling the Indiana Dunes story.
Thank you for supporting local coffee, local stories, and the quiet strength of this landscape.
You can find the book now at bookshops and of course, you can always find the Diana of the Dunes Latte at FLUID. ☕️🌊🖤
Thank you Joseph Pete & The Times of Northwest Indiana for this feature.
