Celebrating National Therapeutic Recreation Month at Monarch!

This February, we recognize the power of recreational therapy and the dedicated professionals who bring joy, connection, and purpose to those we serve. At Monarch, we take a holistic approach to well-being and recognize that health goes beyond the physical. Therapeutic recreation is a purposeful, evidence-based practice that reduces social isolation, enhances emotional well-being, and supports physical, cognitive, and social health.

📣 Please Join Us in Congratulating Phil Smith on His Promotion!
Sales Director | The Current Beverly

We are proud to announce the promotion of Phil Smith to Sales Director at The Current Beverly.

Phil grew up in Andover, Massachusetts, and attended Fordham University before beginning his career in finance. He spent 12 years as a financial advisor and later managed sales for a small photography company, building a strong foundation in communication, relationship management, and leadership—skills he now brings to senior living.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his large family and is an avid golfer. For the past 20 years, he has been a dedicated volunteer with the Special Olympics, first leading aquatics and now serving as Director of the Tennis Summer Games at Harvard each year. He lives in Lowell with his partner, Kerry, and her two daughters, Alice and Maggie, and remains actively involved in his community.
