Here are 5 tips that will help you fix your posture!!💼🖇️
1)Keep Your Feet Flat on the Floor👟📐
-Your feet should be planted, not crossed or tucked underneath your chair. This helps stabilize your pelvis and keeps your spine naturally aligned.
2)Adjust Your Screen Height🖥️💪
-Your monitor should be at eye level about an arm’s length away. Looking down at your screen all day causes “tech neck” and shoulder strain.
3) Support Your Lower Back🗃️📂
-Use a small lumbar cushion or rolled up towel to support the curve in your lower spine. This reduces slouching and keeps your posture upright.
4) Take Movement Breaks⏰🏃
-Even perfect posture isn’t perfect if you hold it too long. Stand, Stretch, or walk for 1-2 minutes every 30-60 minutes to keep your muscles loose and blood flowing.
5) Engage Your Core And Shoulders🙆🛋️
-Sit tall with your shoulders relaxed (not hunched) and your core lightly engaged, think “tall and strong” not “stiff and tight”
