We had a wonderful turnout at our recent Pre-Planning Seminar!

Attendees not only learned about the benefits of planning ahead, but also had the chance to sit down with a licensed funeral director to ask personal questions and get tailored guidance.

Lunch was served, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to provide helpful information in a comfortable, relaxed setting.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to hosting more educational events in the future!

✨ Big congratulations to Paige Gough✨

She has been officially sworn in by the Massachusetts State Board as a licensed funeral director. This accomplishment is even more inspiring because it marks the beginning of her second career. After she and her husband closed their orthodontic pracrtice, she followed her heart into funeral service. She carries a deep passion for family, a lifelong love of horses, and an appreciation for classical music and opera.

We are so proud to have her on our team and excited to see the compassion, dedication, and care she will continue to share with the families we serve. 🤍

We know how difficult it can be when children have to attend a funeral. Over the years, many little ones have been drawn to our fish tank, finding a small moment of comfort and distraction. That’s why we recently refreshed it. We brought in more life, color, and movement to offer a peaceful spot for children during a challenging time.

Campbell Funeral Home has been a trusted part of the North Shore community for over a century, serving families from Beverly, Gloucester, and Ipswich with compassion, dignity, and professionalism. The Campbell family has upheld a proud tradition of care, now managed by fifth-generation funeral director Lauren Campbell Mulligan. With deep roots in the region, the funeral home has expanded to include three locations, each reflecting the family's enduring commitment to honoring life with dignity and respect. Their Beverly location remains one of the oldest continuously operated funeral homes in Massachusetts, a testament to their legacy of service.

In addition to traditional funeral and memorial services, Campbell Funeral Home is a leader in pre-planning. They offer personalized, confidential consultations that help individuals and families make thoughtful decisions in advance, relieving loved ones of future burdens and ensuring every detail is handled according to one's wishes. Their experienced team provides guidance on all aspects of pre-arrangement, from selecting service options to financial planning, allowing for peace of mind and a more meaningful celebration of life. With a blend of historical depth and forward-thinking care, Campbell Funeral Home continues to serve the North Shore with compassion and integrity.

About Us

The Campbell Funeral Home has over 250 years of combined experience, with strong roots in our community. We are proud to serve the families of the North Shore Communities which include Beverly, Boxford, Essex, Hamilton-Wenham, Manchester-By- the-Sea and Topsfield.

Glenn F. Campbell is a fourth generation funeral director and owner, and is very mindful of the history and integrity of service that his family has provided since 1907. He was preceded by his father, Frank T. Campbell, his grandfather, Charles E. Campbell, and his great-grandfather, Jeremiah F. Desmond. Glenn continues their tradition of dignified services with the help of a dedicated and compassionate staff, which also includes his son, Brian G. Campbell.
