Had to share!! Get outside as the weather gets warmer and get your feet on the ground ✨💕

"Grounding" or "Earthing" is so beneficial for your health that even Blue Cross & Blue Shield is jumping on the bandwagon! Here is what they recently posted:

Grounding can improve health by:

Reducing chronic pain
Improving sleep
Lowering blood pressure
Reducing fatigue
Decreasing depression
Decrease inflammation in the body.

This is especially interesting given that chronic diseases are, collectively, the largest causes of death for people in the United States. And many of these diseases are linked to inflammation issues. Controlling or even preventing inflammation is one reason grounding advocates give for practicing their form of Earth-based therapy.

An overview of some early grounding studies shared by the National Institutes for Health showed that when paired with a nutritious diet and lifestyle, grounding could bring about a positive impact on a person’s physical and mental health.
