🍫 **World Chocolate Day ** 🦷
Yes, you can enjoy chocolate AND protect your smile — here’s how:

1. **Dark chocolate is the tooth-friendliest!**
It contains less sugar than milk chocolate and has compounds like polyphenols that may actually help reduce oral bacteria. 🙌

2. **Sticky candies are worse than chocolate.**
Chocolate melts and washes away more easily than sticky treats like taffy or gummies, which cling to teeth and feed cavity-causing bacteria.

3. **It’s all about timing!**
Eating chocolate with a meal is better than snacking on it throughout the day. Saliva production during meals helps neutralize acids and clean your teeth.

4. **Rinse or brush after indulging.**

A panoramic X-ray, is dental imaging that provides a wide-angle view of the entire mouth, including teeth, jawbones, and surrounding structures, all in one single image.

Unlike traditional dental X-rays that involve placing the film inside the mouth, panoramic X-rays are taken outside the mouth, with the X-ray machine rotating around the head.

They help dentists diagnose various conditions, such as impacted wisdom teeth, bone abnormalities, cysts, tumors, and even oral cancer.

The images are crucial for planning treatments like dental implants, orthodontics, and extraction procedures. They also help to evaluate bone health and indentify potential problems like bone loss or fractures.

We 🩷 Frenectomy’s!

Mission Complete! I LOVE a good frenectomy! Especially these, when the patient feels immediate release in other parts of their body. The fascial system intrigues me, the post-op excites me, and a "good" release can make a world of difference.
