The winter solstice is a time to be gentle on the body, exercise self-reflection, and set intentions for the upcoming 2026 year!
Join us and honor the tradition of the solstice with a gentle yoga practice, sound healing (including a gong and crystal bowl) and a yoga nidra (guided meditation) to bring you into a deep state of relaxation.
Participants should bring a Yoga mat and blanket. This workshop will be indoors. All levels welcome!
