Holiday eating on your mind? Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday: a morning run, cooking together, family visiting, and all of the traditional foods -- most of which fit right into my preferred eating plan! Lean protein and nice variety of veggies provide a great opportunity to load up on macros and micros. Want to enjoy your meal without over-stuffing yourself or feeling awful the next day?
