🌸This May, we’re honoring my mom with a special Reiki discount ~ a little extra love for a month that means so much.

🌸We’re also hosting a Fundraiser on Saturday, May 23rd, 3–5 PM at TreeTop Yoga, benefitting the Reid R. Sacco AYA Cancer Alliance. Your presence and support is the cherry on top!

🌸And because we love a good collaboration, we’re dropping another one this June with Mindful Constitution: Integrative Wellness Coaching

In between all of that, life is full ~ yoga classes, birthdays, communions, confirmations, and Mother’s Day on the horizon.

Yoga for a Cause - Benefitting the Reid R. Sacco AYA Cancer Alliance

(2003) Reid Sacco was just weeks from high school graduation when he was diagnosed with sarcoma. Through two years of surgeries and treatments, he fought with extraordinary courage. His family created the Reid Sacco Memorial Cancer Research Fund to address the heartbreaking truth: young adults with cancer often have limited treatment options and little dedicated research. His family built a community dedicated to changing that reality!

I’m more than grateful to support this cause by teaching a yoga class for this year’s fundraiser.

Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) cancers affect young people between the ages of 15–39, a group that often faces unique challenges and gaps in care. Every dollar raised goes toward making a difference in the lives of these incredible fighters.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, all levels are welcome. Come move, breathe, and give back together.

We all need these little moments in between the yoga, drop‑offs, pick‑ups, workouts, work, walking the pup, cleaning, cooking… and everything else life throws at us.

This…. Soooo… what’s so special about triangle pose?🍒🧘‍♀️💗

It’s one of those shapes that meets you exactly where you are. It asks for grounding and expansion at the same time. It opens the side body, strengthens the legs, wakes up the core, and somehow manages to feel both steady and spacious. It’s a reminder that you can root down and reach out all at once~on the mat and off. Love~Love~Love

This…. Drew sells the green that makes your lawn look amazing. 💚🍒

We use TruGreen, and our yard always comes out looking fresh and full of life. And with spring here, it’s not just our daily practices that we reset ~ it’s the perfect time to get your lawn in seriously good shape too.

This…. Happy First Day of Spring 🌱
Today I’m celebrating by sharing all the lovely trees and Tree Pose ~ that have grounded me during my travels.

Tree Pose is for every body.
You can keep both feet on the earth, open the hips and shoulders, or lift the leg higher if balance finds you that day. Some days it does, some days it doesn’t, and that’s the beauty of it.

Just like the trees I’ve met in my travels, I’m learning to root down, rise up, and find those cherry on top moments with whatever the new season brings.
