A Pre-Participation Exam (PPE) helps:
⚡ Confirm your child can safely participate in sports
⚡ Identify risks that could lead to injury

Each PPE includes:
✔ Review of medical & vaccination history
✔ Comprehensive physical exam
✔ Any missing vaccinations (if needed)

📌 Please note: PPEs are completed on our forms only—we do not fill out 3rd party paperwork.
