I collaborate with adults as they heal from trauma, anxiety, loss, depression or any number of matters leaving them feeling ineffective. I will join with you to identify and transform painful obstacles, arising from past and/or present challenges, which hinder you from making healthy changes. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and making frequent use of Brainspotting and/or EMDR, we will journey together to access your core nature, the Self, more spontaneously. This leads to clarity and calm over challenges you face, resulting in heightened creativity and effectiveness with problem solving, relationship building, and goal attainment. I believe you, with your incredible brain, possess all necessary strengths and pathways to answers for improving your life, but may be having difficulty finding and applying them at present. I welcome individuals who are gay, le***an, bisexual, and/or nonbinary, including those questioning or seeking help adjusting to leading more open, fulfilled lives with however they identify themselves. And BSP (Brainspotting) operates from the premise that there is no separation between brain/mind/body. Drawing from strengths existing within each of us, IFS, BSP, and EMDR all guide a person into leading one's own healing, no matter how trauma-filled one's background. I also employ EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and BSP to target traumatic memories for reprocessing and clearing.
