We still do not have phone lines!
šØ Business Owners Beware: Verizon Small Business Wireless šØ After 52+ hours of wasted time with Verizon, I feel compelled to share my experience so others donāt suffer the same fate. Verizon Verizon Business Verizon Fios Verizon Verizon Wireless Freedom Communication Verizon Wireless Center
Since July 21, 2025, I have been without a functioning phone line ā the very lifeline of my business. In the past 30+ days, I have:
Sat through endless calls trying to port numbers over.
Dealt with repeated port authorization issues.
Been bounced between Comcast and Verizon conference calls just to ensure both sides were aligned.
Spent countless hours begging for basic activation of my phone line.
Watched Verizonās āpartnersā at MySolutionProviders misrepresent themselves as Verizon Account Managers, mishandle my contract, and then disappear without accountability.
The result? No service. No accountability. No resolution.
All while Verizon continues to charge me for service Iāve never received.
My suggestion to any small business that depends on reliable communication: š Do NOT choose Verizon Small Business Wireless.
This experience has been nothing short of disastrous for my business. Verizon ā itās time to step up, honor your commitments, and make this right. In business for 35 years - moved 5 times - transferred phone lines and internet a multiple of times - should not be this difficult.
Moving is no small task ā and this incredible team made it seamless. Their professionalism, care, and positive energy carried us through one of the biggest transitions for BodiScience.
They arenāt just strong movers ā theyāre genuinely great people who treated our space and belongings with the same respect theyād give their own. šŖš¼š

From my mum Dorothy, the matriarch of BodiScience, whose wisdom has always guided meā¦ to Maritza, my dear friend since our Limited days and part of the very first BodiScience teamā¦ to Rhonda, one of the first to join our danceā¦ and Courtney, who has been by my side with unwavering dedication for over a decade.
I am humbled by the support, the laughter, and the shared passion weāve carried together through the years. This photo holds all of itāthe journey, the joy, and the deep gratitude I feel for having these women always by my side. š

šØ Small Business Owners ā A Warning šØ
DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON. Verizon Verizon Connect Verizon Fios
On July 21, 2025, I began the process of moving my business phone system from Comcast to Verizon. As of today, we still have no service.
I have been in business for 35 years and have successfully moved my company five timesānever have I experienced such a disorganized and damaging transition.
I have now spent 35+ hours on the phone with Verizon trying to resolve this. At this point, I should be considered a full-time employee with the time Iāve investedāyet I still donāt have working service.
As a small business, every hour without phone and internet costs us dearly. This experience has been unacceptable, and I cannot recommend Verizon for any business that values reliability and customer care.
Small businesses deserve better.

āØ Donāt let the pictures fool you.
Yes, there was dancing and a moment of celebrationā¦ but if all I had to navigate right now was this move, with time to plan and orchestrate, it would feel very different.
Life doesnāt pause. Not for me, not for those who stood beside me. Each of us has our own lives to tend to ā and juggling it all while helping me has been no small task.
This move has demanded more strength, resilience, and energy than I could have imagined. Iām beyond grateful to my staff (especially Courtney, who worked tirelessly at my side) and to every client and friend who showed up ā sometimes more than once ā when I asked for help.
And the truth isā¦ it isnāt over. I now go home to a garage filled with what couldnāt be sold or donated in the short six weeks we had. The process continues.
What I carry most is gratitude. š
Because community, love, and compassion are what made this possible. To me, that is both a blessing and a miracle.

My heart is so full š These two incredible women have been part of my life for decadesāRhonda for 35 years and Antigone for over 20.
Rhonda was one of the very first BodiScience team members, and our friendship has been a true gift ever since. Antigone began as a client many years ago, but has become a treasured friend who graciously stepped in to help at the front desk when we were in need, as Miss Dorothy took some time away.
Having them both here, side by side, helping with this move is more than I can put into words. Their kindness, friendship, and love are reminders of the deep connections this journey has brought into my life. š
