FOCUS OF THE MONTH · September is all about finding your footing…literally. 🍂 This month we’re grounding into a new season with classes that focus on:

✔️ Balance challenges to wake up your stabilizing muscles
✔️ Foot + ankle strength to support you and prevent injuries
✔️ Stretch + release work to give tired feet some love
✔️ Grounding practices that connect breath, body + movement

We know it’s back-to-school season and mornings can feel extra hectic, but here’s a friendly reminder if there is a time you need to leave class early, please do the following:

• Please let your instructor know you have to leave early BEFORE class begins!
• Grab a spot by the door! That way you can slip out quickly without interrupting stretching, savasana, or cool down time.
• Please LEAVE your weights & props at your space! Your instructor will clean up! This will minimize distractions and interruptions for those staying for those staying the entire class.

We will always keep class on time so you can head out and keep your day moving. ✨ Thanks for helping us keep our space calm and connected for all! 🤍

MEMBER OF THE MONTH · Aidan Christie! We asked Aidan what keeps her grounded (the theme of September!) ➡️ “Carving out time for movement every day keeps me grounded. Be Well has really helped me slow down, root into my routines, and be more intentional with my time and energy.”

Everyday Alignment: Learning to Move Well Through Life kicks off THIS SUNDAY!! ✨Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, this empowering workshop series blends movement science with yoga and recovery techniques to help you care for your body in a smart, sustainable way.

Each class hones in on a different area of the body (swipe for details) with tools to relieve stiffness, improve mobility, and prevent injury. We’ll start with anatomy basics, explore the “why” behind common aches and pains, and then move through simple yet powerful exercises that carry over into daily life.

All levels are welcome, with individualized progressions. Recommended to attend all 4 sessions for the full experience, but not mandatory!

🚨 First class begins this Sunday, 12–1:30PM. Sign up on our app or website!

$48 for single session | $168 for all four sessions

Whether you’re looking to ease tension, move smarter, or build long-term strength, this 4-week series will give you practical tools for everyday life. Here’s the breakdown ⬇️

🌿 Class 1 – 9/7 | 12–1:30pm · Head Up, Shoulders Strong: Release Tension & Protect Your Posture
🌿 Class 2 – 9/21 | 12–1:30pm · Core Confidence: Redefine Your Center for Better Posture & Power
🌿 Class 3 – 10/5 | 12–1:30pm · The Hip-Knee Connection: Build Resilience Where It Counts
🌿 Class 4 – 10/26 | 12–1:30pm · Root to Rise: Build Strong Feet, Better Balance & Injury Resilience

Meet our August Member of the Month: Lynssay! ☀️ ➡️ “A friend recommended Be Well to me a few years ago. I took a Burn and a Barre class that same week. I loved them both, and the rest is history! I love the variety of classes that are offered, and the schedule makes it easy to try them all! But the early morning Burn and Barre classes are my all time faves :)

In addition to the awesome classes, I also love the sense of community that the studio provides. You feel it the minute you walk through the door. And all of the instructors bring the best music and energy to the classes (even at 6am!).”
