Our staff of Skilled Nurses, Certified Home Health Aides, and Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists share the goal of providing quality, individualized care while maintaining the dignity of their clients. We are licensed and accredited by the State of Indiana, and accept multiple payer sources including: Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, Choice, Private Insurance, Private Pay and Veteran’s Administration.
