This year has been challenging as a business owner behind the scenes. I had my son in a rather unexpected and somewhat traumatic experience. I'm a full-time breastfeeding mom and many clients see me pumping during sessions or I'm planning pump breaks in my car between appointments. Not everyone has been kind about my pumping unfortunately. My personal horse has been battling health issues for the past few months. I've lost clients because I had a baby and needed time off to be with him while in the NICU and struggling. I was supposed to be certified in osteopathy and offering the new service. My plans have definitely been derailed a bit this year. I also am so incredibly THANKFUL for the amazing clients I have had for years. It's these clients who keep having me back and spread the word that keep me going. I love helping my clients and seeing them succeed. I'm totally fist bumping when I see you post photos on social media, proud of your accomplishments. It's been a long, hard year, but I've made it. I'm ready to keep showing up for this job I love. Here is to a new year with some repeat goals and some new ones. Here is to 2026 - Year of the Horse!
