Eastern Trail parkrun Biddeford

Eastern Trail parkrun Biddeford A FREE, weekly, timed 5k run/jog/walk on a Saturday. Open to all ages and all abilities - each week Please register at www.parkrun.us.

Registration only needs to be completed once - you can then attend and participate in any parkrun around the world. Please make sure you have a copy of your barcode (generated when you register) with you at each event. If you don't have your barcode your parkrun result will not be recorded.

Participants and volunteers present at event #117 on The Eastern Trail were blessed with a glorious morning! Thank you to everyone that joined us and had a great time.
While the results were submitted soon after the event they have just been resubmitted after some inaccuracies were identified. We believe the results are now correct.
Thank you to our volunteers for making sure our event can operate. We simply cannot run our event each week without our volunteers and encourage everyone to try volunteering from time to time. If you're interested in helping out we'd love to have you with us and promise it's easy!
Congratulations to Ed who joined us from London and reached the 50 parkrun milestone!!!
Congratulations also to everyone that recorded new personal best times today - Benjamin, Sam, Jason, Tylor, Karissa, Stephen, Crystal, Dee and James - well done!!!!
Thank you also to the 10 people that joined us for the first time this morning. Whether this was your first parkrun ever or you are a regular elsewhere visiting us while traveling we appreciate you being with us and hope you will be back again as soon as you are able.

Our volunteer roster for the next few weeks of our free community event is looking very bare. For this weekend's event we are currently in need of a timekeeper, barcode scanner, tailwater, park walker and photographer.
If you've been thinking about joining us for the first time we'd love to hear from you! Similarly, if you've been with us and have a favorite volunteer position or would like to try something new, we'd also love to hear from you.

Thank you to everyone that joined us for event #116 on The Eastern Trail. We hope that every one of our 31 participants and 9 volunteers had a wonderful time. Whether you joined us for the very first time or are a regular attendee we appreciate you spending your Saturday morning with us.
A special thank you goes out to all of our volunteers - we simply cannot do what we do without you!
Congratulations to Barbara who reached the **100** event milestone today! Thank you for being a wonderful member of our community and joining us when you can!
Congratulations also to Barbara, Alex, Isabella, Dee and James for recording new personal best times! Keep up the great work!
We love making new friends and we're glad to welcome new friends from Biddeford, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Seattle. We hope you will visit us again as soon as you are able to.
