Eastern Trail parkrun Biddeford

Eastern Trail parkrun Biddeford A FREE, weekly, timed 5k run/jog/walk on a Saturday. Open to all ages and all abilities - each week Please register at www.parkrun.us.

Registration only needs to be completed once - you can then attend and participate in any parkrun around the world. Please make sure you have a copy of your barcode (generated when you register) with you at each event. If you don't have your barcode your parkrun result will not be recorded.

Brisk conditions and a gusty wind met 23 participants and 11 volunteers for event 132 on The Eastern Trail. Thank you to everyone in attendance for a great morning.
We love welcoming new friends and we're glad to be joined today by Biddeford locals as well as participants from Rhode Island and England. Whether it was your first parkrun ever or just your first with us we hope you had a great experience and will visit us again as soon as you are able.
Big congratulations to Wendy who unknowingly reached the 50 parkrun milestone today!!! Well done!!!
Congratulations also to Alana, Crystal, Don and Sara who each recorded new personal best times today! Awesome work!
It was great to see some Halloween costumes amongst our crowd today - thank you to all that dressed up!
Thank you, thank you, thank you to our awesome volunteers! We truly appreciate you and simply cannot operate without your generous donation of time and effort. Our volunteer roster has many openings for the weeks ahead and we'd love to welcome some new friends to our team. We can teach you all you need to know and it's a very rewarding experience.
We'll be back at it again next Saturday - will you be joining us? If so, we'll see you then!

Cooler conditions met 28 participants, 8 volunteers and some additional spectators at the 131st event on The Eastern Trail. Thank you to all in attendance for being part of a great morning! Whether you are a Biddeford local or one of today's visitors from the UK we are glad you could join us and hope you enjoyed your experience. Please help us share the parkrun love by tagging your home event in the comments below.
Congratulations to those that took part in the Heart of Biddeford 5k at 8 am and then joined us for some extra milage at 9 am!!!

Our volunteers are essential for the success of our event. Thank you so much for everyone that donned a vest today and helped to make sure things ran smoothly - we appreciate you so much!!! Volunteering is easy and there are a variety of different roles. If you can help please do. Our roster for the coming weeks has many openings and we'd love to add your name to it.
With next weekend's event falling the day after Halloween you can feel free to get some extra use from your costume. Wear it to parkrun and help us add a little spooky flair. See you then!

Glorious fall conditions were on display for the 130th parkrun event on The Eastern Trail in Biddeford. Thank you to today's 30 participants and 10 volunteers for being a part of another great event. We hope you had a lovely morning and look forward to seeing you all again as soon as you are able to return.
Huge congratulations to Deane who completed his 100th parkrun today!!! Thank you for being a regular attendee at our event.
Congratulations also to those that recorded new personal best times this morning - Andrew, Matt, Abby, Sergey & Donald - well done!!!
Thank you to those that traveled from near and far to join us today and to those that joined us for the first time. We appreciate you including us on your travel plans and in some cases, starting your parkrun journey with us. Hopefully your Biddeford experience was fantastic and you'll be back for more.
Volunteers are the heart of our event. Without them, we simply cannot operate. Thank you to all of today's volunteers! This week 27 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 8 were first timers and 5 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 3 different clubs took part.
