Yesterday, we went back to “normal”- back to our normal hours, schedules and our routine patients, who we’ve missed so much. But nothing seems normal. COVID has forced many changes to how we practice. However, these things will be over much sooner than systemic racism in this country. Terrible injustices have occurred and people are tired. No amount of words will fix this, we must listen and we must work for change. At BEC, we support people of all backgrounds.

We have many new safety precautions in place to protect our patients and our staff 😷 We have outlined a few here. We are also limiting the number of appointments to allow for a thorough cleaning in between patients. We will be seeing medical patients only for the month of May and hope to be able to expand to routine care in June. If you had/have an appointment scheduled, our office will be in touch with more details.

We are preparing to open the office Monday May 4th. In an effort to protect ourselves and our patients, ALL visits to the office will be scheduled in advance. This includes services that are normally walk-in; glasses repairs/adjustments, picking up glasses or contact lenses. We thank you for your understanding while we navigate this new (and temporary) world.

How are we all feeling today?! 😂 Happy Friday friends!
The state has mandated the Stay Healthy at Home order. This does not effect healthcare offices. To do our part, we will be CLOSED for routine care next week, April 6-10. We strongly encourage you to stay home and practice social distancing!
We will continue to be available for emergencies and are working on the best way to deliver telehealth services to those who are interested. And continue to support our local, small businesses!
