While every milestone as a business owner feels important, this one is particularly meaningful as many of you know. I am still in awe of what this dream of mine has grown into and know that year 4 has even more to look forward to for so many reasons!

How you fuel your body is one of the main pillars of health. While nutrition can be quite complicated and detailed, at its core it is straight forward and clear.

Eat whole foods when possible. Drink plenty of water. Eat less processed foods.

With that said, nutrition (when done right!) should be personalized. That’s what we are here for 😊
