Our Story

My name is Bonnie Thomas, LCSW and I’m the sole proprietor of Indigo North Counseling, LLC. I work with children and youth ages 3-17 utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, art therapy, and play therapy.

I am also the author of several books listed below, all of which reflect the work I do with children and teens. ​ Author of the following books:
