Your role as Direct Support Professionals is vital in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve. You provide not only essential care and support but also friendship, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. The positive impact you have on the lives of individuals and their families is immeasurable.

Throughout the year, you face numerous challenges with grace and resilience. Your ability to adapt, your patience, and your genuine care make a significant difference in the lives of those you support. You help them achieve their goals, foster their independence, and ensure they live fulfilling lives.

This is a Monday-Friday position. Hours are 8am-4pm and the position is paid hourly. No on-call hours. At ECR we feel it is important for our managers to enjoy their time away!
