Some clients use this time as a gift to themselves - booking the hour forces them to stop, relax and just be still while the energy of universe flows through them. Another woman simply feels a spring in her step and her mind feels clearer since coming for this work. It is different for all and it is all wonderful. How often should I go? Every other week works very well for many people and they seem to be the most content. Some are every 3 or 4 weeks and others have come only once with great results, so it varies considerably. I will say that those who make it a regular thing, at least for a while, are amazed at how wonderful they feel in every aspect of their life. Will I notice a difference right away? Everyone feels the heat of the healing energy during the session. Some see a kaleidoscope of colors as spots or waves or feel a tickle as the energy flows. Many are simply amazed at how relaxed, peaceful and calm they feel. I thank Divine Spirit, my angels and guides for bringing people to a session and for using me to aid in their healing. Helping people feel better physically, emotionally and mentally is a very humbling experience. I am in awe of the whole process every week. Love this work !
