Join us for another Qi Gong class in October!
QiGong (pronounced “chee gong”) combines breath (“Qi”) and skillful movement (“Gong”) to build strength, calm, and balance—without straining joints or muscles.
Wuji Hundun QiGong is a 16-movement sequence designed to awaken the body’s natural rhythms. “Wuji” means infinite potential; “Hundun” signals a shift from stagnation. This 800-year-old internal practice is ideal for building a profound sense of calm while enhancing your stamina, balance, body awareness, and flexibility of mind and body.
Note: There is a full set of stairs leading to the classroom. Chairs are provided for those who have difficulty standing for long periods of time. The moves are easily adapted to the seated position.
