We are a clinically driven young adult transitional living program located in Southern Maine.

Residential Treatment at Cornerstones is designed for young adults who need daily structure, consistent clinical care, and a contained environment to stabilize and reset.

Days are intentionally built with therapy, group work, skill development, and supported activities. The goal is regulation, insight, and safety.

RTC creates the foundation that everything else is built on.

Start where you need to, go at your own pace: At Cornerstones, young adults can begin with the stabilization and structure of our Residential Treatment Center.

This offers a clinical intensive focused on getting back to basics. Sleep, hygiene, diet, exercise, socializing, sobriety, and clarity about what comes next.

Or, maybe you're ready for our transition program, where real world skills are developed with clinical guidance.
