We believe that each resident's family is as much a part of that person's care team as the doctors, nurses, and other specialists on our staff. That is why family members are an integral part of our care-planning process. We know that family members who have just placed a member in a residential facility have special needs too. To help them cope, we offer support meetings, pre-admission interviews, and personal meetings with administrative staff.
