Big Bear Yoga Friends - I'm so excited to share with you that I will be substitute teaching a slow flow gentle yoga class including self-massage with the MELT foam rollers this Monday, June 23, at in the Adirondack Mountains!

💞 Anyone in the area, join me at 9:30am to stretch into your day. 💞

Beginners welcome!!! If you've never done yoga before, this is a great class for you. All levels welcome, injury recovery and different mobility welcome. Class is only $10! One hour long class. Location : 5126 NY-28, Old Forge, NY. This is a really sweet yoga studio, come check it out. We have yoga mats and props, if needed.

I love sharing gentle yoga with you and celebrating and moving our bodies! 💕
