Having fun at CAMP!
At Summit Dental, our mission is to change the way people perceive going to the dentist by delivering personal, one-of-a-kind, extraordinary service.
What makes our practice stand out is our practice culture. I learned about something called “FISH! Philosophy” in 1997. It consists of 4 core practices that help you find joy in your work. This ultimately results in our team not only a delivering a uniquely positive dental experience but providing extraordinary customer service as well.
We have recently adapted FISH! to our practice culture and call it CAMP! We like to say we are going to have fun at CAMP! today (WORK doesn’t sound too fun).
