Proper sleep posture ensures that your spine remains in a neutral position, facilitating optimal hydration and reducing the risk of misalignment and discomfort:

Back Sleepers: Use a medium-thickness pillow to maintain the natural curve of your neck and a pillow under your knees to support lower back alignment.
Side Sleepers: Choose a firm pillow to fill the space between your head and neck, and place a pillow between your knees to keep your spine aligned.
Stomach Sleepers: If you must sleep in this position, use a very thin pillow under your head and another under your abdomen to reduce spinal strain.
Mattress Considerations
