Who loves saunas? ππΌββοΈ
I cannot even begin to explain the grown love for getting a good sweat all while quieting the mind and slowing down.

My preferred type of sauna is infrared. Dry heat, penetrating to a deeper level. Lots of healing!
I also enjoy going to the olβ wet sauna at the gym. Sweating as never felt so good. Because our skin is our largest organ, sweating forces out toxins and anything truly bogging you down. Sometimes my body needs a rest from the weights or the movement and needs some time put forth to quiet time and intentional healing.
