My commitment to you is consistent support with a strong dose of accountability, so you can create a sustainable lifestyle that brings you a balanced, healthy whole life! In our online nutrition counseling sessions or in person visits, we’ll look at how all the areas of your life are connected. We’ll address practical issues like the foods you choose, stress, lack of exercise and sufficient sleep, and the resulting impact on your health. My 1-on-1 coaching sessions go far beyond discussing the food you put into your body. We will take a Whole Body approach and view areas of your life including physical activity, relationships, career, and stress levels and how they may be affecting your health. Transformation Programs –
During the Transformation Program, I will assist you in achieving your health goals through encouragement, education, inspiration, and support. Together we will create healthy and sustainable behaviors in the areas of nutrition, fitness, weight and stress management so that it will all become second nature for you. We’ll set realistic goals with a step-by-step plan for how to achieve them and then how to maintain your new, healthy lifestyle.

Who loves saunas? πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I cannot even begin to explain the grown love for getting a good sweat all while quieting the mind and slowing down.
((Yes I know, the phone is going out after this))

My preferred type of sauna is infrared. Dry heat, penetrating to a deeper level. Lots of healing!

I also enjoy going to the ol’ wet sauna at the gym. Sweating as never felt so good. Because our skin is our largest organ, sweating forces out toxins and anything truly bogging you down. Sometimes my body needs a rest from the weights or the movement and needs some time put forth to quiet time and intentional healing.

Who grinds their coffee beans? πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
Just a few reasons why this is a staple to my morning β˜•οΈπŸ€Ž

1️⃣ less free radicals then already ground store bought coffee. This means less oxidative stress and less inflammation for the body

2️⃣ keeps quality of the coffee in tact. If you buy pre ground coffee, the beans quality has already started weakening due to coming In contact with numerous other elements

3️⃣ the taste, the aroma, everything about it is amazing! Make sure to grind and brew. The longer ground coffee sits (even store bought ground coffee- think how long that sits!) the sooner it’s exposed to air which will sacrifice the flavor and freshness.

Now, this may sound like an extra, time consuming step to your morning routine, but it’s worth it!

Half block of Kerrygold cheese, cut up.
