Such a great weekend out in Wellington, FL. Thanks to Andy Thomas for sharing his knowledge on how PT skills can enhance the performance of the equestrian rider. I met some amazing people including Olympic medalist and coach, Debbie McDonald, Physical Therapists that have worked with the USA equestrian team, and like minded healthcare profressionals from around the United States and England! I am so excited to take what I learned and help equestrians gain the biomechanical edge in their riding.
