The Options Advisory Committee strives to make our workplace an even better place to be. This dedicated group focuses on fostering a positive, inclusive, and communicative environment for everyone at Options.

🖋️ Our Mission
The committee’s fundamental purpose is reflected in its mission statement: “The Options Advisory Committee empowers our coworkers to voice their ideas, advocate for one another, and create a safe and inclusive community.”

🏅 Recent Accomplishments

The committee has been busy working on several initiatives to connect with one another and give back to the community:

🤝 Peer & Staff Spotlights: Created engaging spotlight interviews to celebrate accomplishments and help everyone get to know our peers and staff better.

🍂 Community Giving: Successfully organized a hat and mitten drive for Compassion Connection and enjoyed delivering the donations and touring their space in November.

🧸 Toys for Tots Drive: Coordinated a December toy drive that has already collected an impressive total of 104 toys for children in our community.

⛄ Holiday Party Planning: Assisting with planning Options’ annual Holiday Party this December to ensure a memorable celebration for all.

🌱 Growing the Team
We are excited to share that the Options Advisory Committee recently welcomed two new members, bringing the team to seven passionate individuals. We look forward to the fresh perspectives and energy they will bring.
