Not always.

Your organs are always moving, when you breathe, stretch, walk, or even sit still.

After things like illness, surgery, or stress, some of that movement can get stuck.

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle hands-on approach that focuses on those tiny movements.

A trained therapist may feel how an organ moves or doesn’t.
They might notice how a scar is pulling, or how nearby tissues are tight.

The goal is to listen, follow the motion, and give the body space to respond.
