Wellness with Jen My goal is help you reach your wellness goals by empowering you to take back your health. I am a Momma of four earthly children and one heavenly angel.

I was born and raised in Alaska and moved to Wyoming in 2014. We have a small family farm with all kinds of critters. My kids keep me pretty busy with all their hobbies and running around. I am very passionate about natural health and doing right by our bodies. I believe we all have the potential to heal our selves. I will teach you the tools you need to take control of your physical, mental and spiritual well being and guide you along your journey to homeostasis.
