Our first couple of weeks back in the office has gone pretty well. A few minor computer glitches with the telemed platform, so please be patient with the staff and they will do their best to get it resolved. A reminder to find your way to the “Greenville Clinic” and “Big Rapids” pages. We also have all of the phone lines back at the Greenville and Big Rapids offices now instead of the Grand Rapids office. You can reach us at (616)225-0202.

Monday starts our official transition to “Big Rapids Clinic” 🌟 We will be continuing telemedicine services throughout June but look forward to getting back on somewhat of a routine schedule with all of our lovely patients! What a crazy year 2020 has been for all.

Just a couple of quick reminders:

•Our phone number is changing - 616.455.9450 ext 6
•Telemedicine visits will require the app called Blue Jeans (see preview of app below)
•Dr. Mark Clark, Karen Leiter NP and Lyni Nowak NP will be staffing the Big Rapids Clinic
•The Samaritan page will close, please find your way to the “Big Rapids Clinic” page if you haven’t already (directions on finding the page below)

As many of you know, the Covid-19 pandemic created a large financial strain for small businesses such as Samaritan Health Care, PC. Due to this, the decision has been made to close Samaritan as an organization. With that being said, we are pleased to inform you that Dr. Mark Clark, Lyni Nowak NP and Karen Leiter NP have joined Dr. John Campbell and will continue to offer substance abuse treatment at the Big Rapids location, starting in June. You can also find Sara Lincoln NP and Dr. Clark at the Greenville location.

The Charlevoix clinic will be served primarily via telemedicine, however, Dr. Clark will visit that site on various days throughout the month for in person care.

Telemedicine consults will resume until the stay at home order has been lifted.

Our health care teams can’t stress these prevention measures enough. If you are unwell, please stay home and call ahead if symptoms worsen. Our clinic remains open 8:00am - 5:00pm.

We are not permitting visitors at this time. Patients coming in for routine clinic appointments should limit companions.

If you have symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath, you will be asked to wear a mask while in the facility. Please stay home if your symptoms are mild.
