I am so happy to announce the addition of Mandy Henderson to my team of Independent Wellness Professionals at Salt & Light Wellness LLC!

Mandy is a licensed massage therapist entering her 8th year of practice, with a heart for healing and a passion for helping people feel their best. She began her massage journey in New Jersey in 2018 and soon after became certified in Reiki. Mandy continues to grow her craft with ongoing education, expanding into new modalities like lymphatic drainage and myofascial release.

Her sessions blend skill, intuition, and genuine care — whether you’re seeking deep relief, gentle energy work, or simply a peaceful hour to recharge. I can’t wait for you to meet her and experience her healing touch!

Mandy will begin offering appointments on Monday, September 8th. She will have plenty of evening appointment opportunities for those who need them.
