Think variety. Think balance. Think long-term health.

Small, consistent choices — adding more greens, choosing whole foods, cooking at home — create lasting impact over time.

At Big Sur Health Center, we’re here to support healthy habits that fit your life.

National Nutrition Month: Nourish Your Heart

Healthy eating is one of the most powerful ways to support your heart and overall well-being. Choosing foods rich in fiber, lean protein, healthy fats, fruits, and vegetables can help reduce inflammation, manage blood pressure, and boost long-term health.

Simple additions — like leafy greens, whole grains, fresh produce, nuts, and omega-3–rich fish — can make a meaningful difference over time.

This March, focus on building balanced meals that fuel your body and protect your heart.

Big Sur Health Center is here to support your journey toward lifelong wellness.

If you’re celebrating, remember balance is key — stay hydrated, enjoy mindful portions, and keep your wellness goals in focus.

A little luck is great. Taking care of your health is even better.

Big Sur Health Center wishes you a safe and healthy St. Patrick’s Day.

Tips for Better Sleep

Quality sleep is essential for your physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being. If you’re having trouble winding down at night, a few simple adjustments to your daily routine can make a meaningful difference.

Consider these healthy sleep habits:

• Stick to a consistent daily schedule.
• Stay active with regular exercise and movement.
• Avoid heavy meals close to bedtime.
• Limit screen time in the evening for a digital reset.
• Take a warm bath or shower to relax before bed.
• Keep your bedroom dark and comfortable.
• Create a calming sleep environment that supports rest.

Small changes can lead to deeper, more restorative sleep.

If sleep challenges continue, Big Sur Health Center is here to help.
