Is it just me or is it hard to get up in the morning when it is so dark outside?!

But I do get up because I have something to look forward to!

8:00 am is dark now a days, but we are still continuing our tradition of the weekly Community Sound Meditation every Wednesday.

I personally love turning inward in these dark and the quiet fall/winter morning moments.
