Join us at The Nook at Bigfork Bay on 12/8 from 5:00–8:00pm as we ease into the year together.

This month we’re featuring Dr. John Griffiths of Performance Chiropractic & Family Wellness on the topic of:

Gentle Movement & Stretches for Spinal Health
Plus enjoy:
- a mini sound lounge session
- complimentary hot tea
- traditional miso soup provided (donation appreciated but not required)

No pressure. No hustle. Just a cozy, intentional evening to warm up, connect, and start the year with supportive community.
