This class explores the two most foundational conditions for vitality: rhythm and safety. We’ll look at how modern life disrupts our circadian rhythms, hormonal patterns, and nervous system coherence, and how this chronic misalignment keeps the body in survival mode. You’ll learn how light, darkness, rest, movement, and seasonal cycles organize healing at the cellular level, and why nervous system regulation must come before any deeper repair can occur. Together, these pillars restore a sense of safety, timing, and flow in the body, creating the biological conditions necessary for true healing.
