Last Friday was a sweet one! 🩷 We celebrated our Administrator with a surprise baby shower, enjoyed a delicious lunch made by our kitchen staff, and shared cake and punch with the residents while they watched gifts being opened. 🍰 The day was made even better by a thoughtful snack bar for our amazing staff for Employee Appreciation Day. 💜 Join us on the third Wednesday of each month for our Dementia Support Group. Running from 6-7 p.m., the group is led by Melanie Cannon, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Alzheimer's Facilitator.

In North Billerica, Massachusetts, an area brimming with American history, sits Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley. Lowell General Hospital and Lahey Clinic are within 10 minutes of our facility, making us a perfect choice of nursing homes.

Though our surroundings are historical, we offer modern approaches to patient-centered care. Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley focuses on inpatient rehabilitation and 24-hour nursing care. We use state-of-the-art equipment and therapies, such as VitalStim® therapy for swallowing disorders, Closed Pulse Irrigation™ wound care and Lee Silverman Voice Treatment Global's BIG™ and LOUD™ programs for Parkinson's disease. We also have a secured Alzheimer's and dementia unit for those needing special memory care.
