I'm beginning my coaching journey, and I feel as if some may ask who I am, and how can I help?

Being someone who suffered with several forms of mental health, including a 13 year battle with addiction. I have overcome what many of us, no matter what walk of life we come from, tend to find as our worst enemy keeping us from living a fulfilled life. What is it? Mindset! Our worst enemy, our biggest obstacles, fears, doubts, inner criticism... And it exists right between our ears, and is what often keeps us stuck where we are at in life. But how do we overcome that aspect of our lives?

I've found that connecting with others who have a stronger, healthier mindset and direction in life, following what has worked for them, and continuing day in and day out to strive for our best, is what will be the most effective way to get unstuck in life.

Whether you're facing small challenges, or some of the biggest challenges you've ever faced, oftentimes it's our mindset that is getting in the way.

While I'm still working towards becoming a certified coach. I do know others who are, or even some amazing mentors who would love to connect with you and help however they can. Let's connect and see where things go. It all begins with a conversation.

I know you're sitting there thinking there's got to be a better way... Knowing that there are people out there making an income that doesn't involve working a regular 9-5 job, where they have more options to do the things they want to do in life. But how?

There's several ways it's done, and it can be overwhelming weeding through all the noise of these overnight success stories, people making it big, who only, for a low cost they'll show you how.

If you hear anyone claiming that you'll make big money overnight. Turn the opposite direction and don't look back.

I'm going to cut to the chase, I'm not here to convince you, not beg and plead for you to take any action, and I'm not going to make you any promises.

What I can tell you is, I know quite a few successful people, who have a system that's worked and is working for thousands of people, that is giving people more options in their lives.

This is all on you, and your decision doesn't affect me either way. If you want me to connect you with said people, I will do just that, and you can personally ask them what it takes, and they will gladly give you the details, and help you along the way if you're willing to put the work in. If not, I wish you the best.
