We are expanding our team! We’re seeking an energetic, fun, and reliable individual to work directly with children with autism in a clinic setting as a behavior technician. This role requires a high-energy, outgoing person who thrives in a team environment and is open to feedback. This position is ideal for those who enjoy physical activity and staying on their feet all day.

Physical Demands of the Role:
β€’ This job is very physically demanding and requires candidates
to be comfortable working and playing on the floor with young children for extended periods.
β€’ You must be able to transition quickly between places and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
β€’ Physical agility is essential to move safely throughout your day.

Requirements:
β€’ At least two years of hands-on experience with children is mandatory. Priority is given to those with experience in ABA, mental health, and/or working with children with special needs.
β€’ A strong passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
β€’ This position requires energy, stamina, and enthusiasm throughout the workday.

Working Hours & Benefits:
β€’ This is a full-time position (8:15 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday). Part-time may be considered.
β€’ Paid training provided.
