💼 About the Role:
• Position: Full‑time, on‑site in Billings
• Pay: $40,000/year
• Schedule: 8‑hour shifts + rotating on‑call duty
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance & paid time off 

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Field incoming calls from clients & caregivers
• Recruiting: interview, hire, onboard, and train new caregivers
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operating Director
• Share on‑call duties to ensure full coverage for shift staffing 

🎯 Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or healthcare
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment
