Hello, I am kind of in a pickle as far as business goes and I am not sure what to do. I have been in business going on 2 years. I absolutely love my business; I built it because I need it. I struggle with mental health and putting this out there before I lose my nerve. (I have phycologist,therapists,and councilors. there is just a situation that I cannot get past and it effects me.) So my problem is I work alone. I provide a service that requires me to be on site. so it is hard to leave. and I have tried to close the door but I have lost more customers doing that because it makes you unpredictable. I have flexed hours of business but there is just never enough time. I have tried partnerships but with the medication changes come mood changes.( we are still not sure what to diagnose me with .I am very happy with my team) Mental health is NOT an easy fix. There lies the taboo. I have had many wonderful people offer to work for free but Montana is not an "at will" state. I have to keep my business legal. I know "who's going to know." it only takes one person and I am terrified to take that chance. So there is my pickle if you have suggestions, I am very passionate about my business. I am so very blessed and grateful for the support I have received that has gotten me this far. It is being pointed out that mental health is a serious issue in our town. (it is everywhere)
