Hold on to your belt buckle… this one gets deep.
After nearly 7 years of working with the colon, I’ve come to understand something on a much deeper level…
In spiritual language, the colon is often seen as the place where undigested emotions go.
All the things we didn’t say.
The situations we never addressed.
The feelings we pushed down instead of processing.
They don’t just disappear… they get stored.
During sessions, something interesting happens people talk.
And not just surface-level conversation… I’m talking about deep, personal, sometimes heavy truths.
Almost every time I hear:
“I don’t know why I’m telling you this…”
or
“Wow… I feel so much lighter.”
And you can see it.
Their face softens. Their body relaxes. Their energy shifts.
Because unresolved emotions are heavy.
It actually takes more energy to hold them in than it does to release them.
I don’t think it’s random.
I think when the body feels safe enough to let go physically, it also starts to let go emotionally.
And I’m incredibly grateful to be a space where people feel safe enough to do both.
So I’ll ask you the same question I’ve come to ask myself…
What have you been burying?
What would it feel like to finally face the hard conversations…
to say the unspoken words…
to forgive yourself or someone else?
Because the truth is we all have something.
Regret. Pain. Trauma. Things we wish we handled differently.
For years, I asked myself, “What am I doing?”
Because let’s be honest… this work isn’t for everyone.
It takes a certain kind of soul to sit with people in their most vulnerable moments
physically, emotionally, and everything in between.
But now I know…
I’m here to help people release.
Not just physically but emotionally, too.
Call it crazy if you want.
But after thousands of hours and hundreds of clients…
I’ve seen what happens when people finally let go.
And it’s powerful.
You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. I’m here when you’re ready.
